Our Mindful Adventure Retreat is the journey of self-discovery, opening you for healing and personal transformation. We invite you to take part in this retreat if you would love to reconnect with nature and the outdoors through activities like hiking/walking and kayaking. The classes like Pilates, Yoga, and Qigong aim to build a closer and more mindful relationship with your Body, Mind, and Spirit, teaching you to understand your body's needs and helping in learning the techniques that will support the balancing processes. All activities and classes welcome beginners and everyone who would like to join the retreat. The classes are suitable for everyone as we design them in a very flexible way, where everyone will find teaching and inspiration. Rekindle your passion for the outdoors. A simple walk in nature can bring more benefits than you imagine, healing many areas of your life. We choose the hiking destination depending on group fitness level and hiking experience.
Beginner kayaking friendly
Connect with the water element, get in touch with nature and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Kayaking is another way to be closer to nature, having a full of joy time out. We use double sit on top kayaks to make you feel safe and paddle easy. You don't have to have any prior experience with kayaking.
